Google Search shows big popup overlay when searching in certain locations

When I search Google Search in certain locations (e.g. Sweden) I see a big popup overlay the search page.

This happened also when searching from Germany & Netherlands - but it was fixed "by itself", about an hour after we spotted the problem.
The Sweden issue has not been fixed since than (it's been about 3 hours)

Itzik Pretet Just noting that's the Google cookie notice for some EU countries. JSON response still has extracted data (organic_results
, shopping_results
, inline_videos
, etc.).
